Foredeck Hatch

We offer a foredeck hatch as a custom option, this is waterproof quick access dayhatch solution for essential gear. These hatches are also known as day hatches or smarty hatches. 

We changed our foredeck hatch - In 2024 we changed our day hatches after feedback from our customers saying our design interfeered to much with entering the cockpit especially during self rescues. Our new hatch option is a more erganomic shape and a lighter construction manufactured by Kajak Sport.
